This is a SWEP located in the weapons section under FAR CRY
How To Use:

R - Look through camera
LMouse - Mark/Unmark NPCs
RMouse - Change Zoom

This is a quick edit I threw together of this addon:

I changed it to be a simple Far Cry style camera that lets you mark enemies through walls.
Some of the bugs from the original addon may have carried over (I am not an expert on LUA) so if anything comes up just comment and I'll attempt to fix it.

I accidentally did unbind r while I still had the addon and I need the bind for this addon

The combine are arctic combine, that's the name, and speaking of combine. These realism/tactical mods wouldn't work as the lifeline beeps would alert each unit of their squadmates' death.
