Upon further reading, your issue come from trying to cheat the armor by try to bypass it in the most asinine way possible - use a mod character with global ability to run away and spam - and thus never break it.
There had been many attempts at showing how the armor can be take down by conventional means, video footages included, but none of the words or visuals had stick - as if you lack the ability to either read or form cohesive thoughts. Thus keep insist on wailing about "infinite armor".
As for the "matchup dependant" complain? All vanilla character clear:
