In case someone is having problems trying to start the launcher, you can use this command line below.

It's farley simple, just go on Steam client and click with the right button of your mouse on the game and click on Properties. At the bottom you will see an input field for "LAUNCH OPTIONS", put there the command line you want and start the game.

--rendering-driver opengl3 => Starts the launcher with OpenGL, usually solves the problem.
