the solution is a bit awkward but easy
reset you password and use only lower-case letters and a maximum of 14 letters! at https://subagames.com/
thats it, so NO upper-case letters, no numbers and no special characters

if you cant set a new password at the site (like me) youst logout and say you forgot the password, so they send you a password-reset mail.

[for me it worked to set the password after the first login to a safer one, but it doesn't seem to work all the time]

wenn ihr das gleiche problem habt,
hier die bescheuerte aber wirksame loesung

legt euch einfach hier[subagames.com] ein neues passwort an, das nur aus kleinbuchstaben besteht und maximal 14 zeichen lang ist!
also KEINE grossbuchstaben, nummern oder sonderzeichen

wenn ihr auch eine fehlermeldung bekommt wenn ihr euer neues passwort auf der seite festlegen wollt logged euch einfach aus und klickt auf passwort vergessen beim einloggen. jetzt bekommt ihr eine email in der ihr ohne probleme euer neues passwort festlegen koennt.

[bei mir hat es geklappt, nach dem ersten einloggen wieder ein sicheres passwort zu saetzen, das scheint jedoch nicht immer zu funktionieren]
