描述
This is essentially Simple Weapon / Item Highlights but with optimizations to prevent it from denting the framerate so hard, and to work with TTT2 items and ammo.

convar prefix is "dib_", and is server authoritative.

text for items in other languages tend to not match the background in regards length

Fixed that error, last minute change and it didn't reload correctly prior to pushing.

getting this error when trying it out on a listen server. only have ttt2 base and damage numbers installed

seems to trigger when i get near any dropped items?
