描述
To get cultures obsessed with opium and create your very own narco-state:

1. Take the decision Sell More Opium.
2. Taking the decision opens a list of the continents, choose the continent the target culture is on.
3. Choose the area on the continent where the culture is in the next menu.
4. Choose the target culture from the list. Many lists will have a second list accessed with the “See more.” option. Cultures will appear if they fulfill one of five criteria:
a. You own one of the culture’s homelands directly
b. A subject owns one of the culture’s homelands
c. Your overlord owns one of the culture’s homelands
d. Another subject of your overlord owns one of the culture’s homelands
e. A country you have a trade agreement owns one of the culture’s homelands

5. Once you have picked the culture, you choose “how” to sell the opium, often there is only one choice but sometimes there are multiple options. The base cost is 50 bureaucracy and 200 influence for 6 months plus an additional cost. The additional cost depends on which criteria the culture fulfills:
a. If you directly own a homeland then the infamy cost is 2.5, and no relations penalties.
b. If your subject owns a homeland then the infamy cost is 5, and you lose 30 relations with your subject if the culture is a primary culture of the country.
c. If your overlord owns a homeland then the infamy cost is 7.5, and you lose 30 relations with your overlord if the culture is a primary culture of the country.
d. If your another subject of your overlord owns a homeland then the infamy cost is 5, and you lose 10 relations with your overlord.
e. If your trade agreement partner owns a homeland then the infamy cost is 10, and you lose 30 relations with your trading partner if the culture is a primary culture of the country.

The world market makes the trade route code ineffective. I may clean it up though, and just leave the ability to sell opium to your people or your subjects.

gotta be one of the greatest mods of all time. all i have to do is steal from fuck all land from russia -> sell opium to the people there -> ??? -> russia relies on me for everything

I’ll take a look after spheres of influence comes out. I’m guessing the update will break most of my mods and I’ll reassess then.

Hey, do you think it would be possible to make this mod compatible with other goods? I tried to make it work with my own mod like this

and then I replaced all references to opium with global_var:ssmo_good.
But this seems not to work :(

Finally I can Role Play as British Empire and addict people to Opium.
