Stuttering caused by My Steelport service shutdown
The game repeatedly attempts to connect the now-defunct My Steelport service, which is causing the game to stutter.

-you need to edit the ''hosts'' file

-go to your C: disk ( wherever is your windows at) > Windows > System32 > drivers > etc > hosts

- open it with notepad / text editor running as administrator , add the line below

127.0.0.1 sr3.hydra.agoragames.com

-dont add square or anything before the line , i will add how it should look as picture
-this was how I fixed stuttering

For those using Linux, on Linux Mint the file can be found in /etc/hosts, be sure to have elevated privileges to modify the file. in the file make a new row by pressing enter and simply copy paste the the OP's above under the 127.0.1.1 your-computer line.
