Go to the round feature between Lakeshore North and South (red X in the picture below) and if you haven't already taken it, there's a statue ("The Coyote Rodeo") in the center on a pedestal.

It might be that this statue is bugged and it doesn't actually save that you've taken a photo of it which is why you can go back and take another photo of it.

There is also a photo collectible on the ring of metal artwork around it while you're in the area.
