Miscellaneous additions made my me.

Adds five traits:

• Injured +2 (Player starts with three random scratches or lacerations)
  
• Burned +5 (Player starts with three random burns)
  
• Broken Arm +6 (Player starts with a random broken arm)
  
• Broken Leg +8 (Player starts with a random broken leg)
  
• Bitten +20 (Player starts with a bite wound, and is infected with the zombie virus)

Adds three traits:

• Foolish +1 (Player will shout once shortly after spawning, free points)
  
• Nerves of Steel -5 (Player cannot become stressed, mostly useless right now)
  
• Worrywart +4 (Player's stress level will increase when it is lower than their panic level)
