At the end of level 8 you will find the stick. Collect it by walking of the floating platform and jump!

The dog can be found in level 14. Double jump to get it and dont hold grandpa while doing this.

You can get this achievement by bringing the grandpa to the end of level 14.

Defeat the DELIVERY TRUCK boss
Well throw the box against the truck until its destroyed.
