Jaggid's High Tech Research

This is a standalone version of the High Tech Research bench which is in my faster and slower research mods. This mod contains just the High Tech Research desk with no changes to research speeds (unless you are using the desk, of course).

The High Tech Research desk can be unlocked by completing the research project for it, which is made available once the Advanced Research desk is completed. High Tech Research desks are 25% more efficient for researching than Advanced research desks, are more expensive to build, and consume more power.
