Allows Gravity Gun to pickup ragdolls.
Made for servers with disabled physguns.

Console Variables:
"gp_mode"(Defalut 1) -
1: Pickup ragdolls normally, though cannot punt them from the ground
2: Pickup and punt ragdolls with more original gravity gun behavior, though it will replace ragdoll physics sound with cardboard ones.
"gp_instakill"(Default 0) - if set to 1 will instantly kill NPCs on right click (Akin to Super Gravity Gun).
