Easy enough fix if you were having the same problem like me.

You tried launching the game into full-screen through the launcher but kept getting memory access violation. Like the big brain that you are you launch the game instead in borderless windowed mode and thennnn tried switching to full-screen in-game. BOOM, game crashes again anddddddddddd

Now you can no longer launch the game at all or get access to the launcher without Memory access violation

THE FIX

Open the run window (windows key + r). Type %appdata% then delete the SCP Multiplayer data folder. Find where the actual game file is located (can be done through the library by right clicking the game) and completely delete it too. Reinstall the game. It should now open the launcher like before.
