Her tall height made her an urban legend in the area around Mt. Hikami.

Tall Woman is likely based off of Hachisaku-sama - translated to Eight Feet Tall in English.
She is known for her freakish height and abducts children by imitating the voices of their loved ones and, like Tall Woman, is stated to wear a white sundress and hat.
