Improving FPS in the game | Single command line

In the open console, paste one of the following lines of code.
One is for more frames at the cost of a significant degradation in quality, while the other is less invasive, improving frames but not causing such a significant degradation in game quality.

I try to edit the commands on a regular basis so that the performance of the game is as good as possible, if you have any suggestions go ahead and write a comment

If you want to change from Max Perf. to Quality mode, you need to restart game
If somebody have RTX/GTX you could check commands one by one and let me know in commands which one give you more FPS in comments, thanks :D I'll then edit post to let you have best perf

5) Launch parameters
You simply paste them in the game properties,
in the steam library, you right-click on ARK Survival Ascenden, look for the "start parameters" option below, then paste the command edited for you there.

Need to be edited!
-maxMem-X
Number 1024 multiplied by the size of your pc RAM

-cpuCount=X -exThreads=X
The number of cores and threads of your processor, you can check it on the web

What works for me good: r.VolumetricCloud 0 | r.VolumetricFog 0 | r.Nanite.MaxPixelsPerEdge 1 | r.Lumen.Reflections.Allow 0 it also stop the flaire, ist the best combo i find at the moment.

Found this on anther post, cant confirm if it works or not but figured I'd share it anyway on the chance it works..

Make a new file in notepad, name it what ever you want.
Place all the commands you want, one on each line.
Save it to you Steam folder for the game, mine is
C:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\ARK Survival Ascended\ShooterGame\Binaries
Save it as a .txt file (I saved mine as FPSBoost.txt)
when you start the game open the console command line and type in your file name. BOOM it loads all the commands at one time.

Just realized the age of the post... but I'm gonna share it anyway.

To me in order to improve performance for AMD Radeon 6650 XT and NVIDIA RTX 3060 or up.

Go to ARK Ascended folder -> ShooterGame -> Saved -> Config -> Windows -> Engine.ini
Skip the line by press enter and the copy and paste this answer.

Guys try messaging them about FSR 3. IF it doesn't come in the Aberration update, very latest, and they hate you. They don't just hate you but also hate themselves, their own selves. How could they not get positive feedback by improving the performance of their game?

Thank you! I'm optimizing the game for my brothers older pc and this was a huge help. Boosted fps and completely fixed my screen tearing!

anyone have an idea to get these commands to go through an auto exec file? ive been trying to figure it out for a while but when i place my fps.txt file into the binare folder my game wont load?

thanks again for putting these commands together. its been crazy helpful!!

Unreal engine 5 itself is a demanding engine, not meeting the minimum requirements is hard to bring that the game works :/
Commands could be old also, cuz i don't play it rn. If i get some time i can try to find some new ways to get little bit of performance. But i won't promise :Skele_serious:
