Improved Custom Map Previews

Description
Inspired by the improved map previews by Gary I decided to do this addon for custom campaigns. All custom previews now have a 512x256 poster style thumbnail. Note this is only for the first map of each campaign as that is the one required for this to be visible. I have completed 14 thumbnails so far. 7 Hours Later, The Hive, Devil Mountain, Plan B, Fallen, Coal'd Blood, Fort Noesis, White Mountain, Crossing Over, Dead Flag Blues, Dead Getaway, Crossing Over, Dead Before Dawn and Cape Murder.

@Nephrite Harmony Kind of, It's more that I feel like it would look better if you have the name of the campaign poster style when scrolling through custom campaigns
