After testing, this model conflicts with the mod that replaces injury sounds with Anime Girl Pain/Death Sounds V2. The specific issue is that the first injury and first death cause a sudden one-second frame drop, after which it returns to normal. This problem does not occur again until the game is restarted. Hope for a fix.
