Pyramid of Tetharam

This could be a full-size pyramid, or a small decorative item, or an arcane artifact of unwholesome power.D.A. name made up by me just to give it some flavour and a sense of mystery. :) Here is some lore I just made up: the name “Tetharam” comes from a distant land of a former age, where it was known to have been the name of two different pharaohs. The first was Tetharam the Blighted One, who was a vivisectionist as well as a tyrant and conqueror. It was also said he was a warlock or sorcerer who created several powerful magical items. The other Tetharam was called “the Great” and he was wise and just (though not a saint) and sought to bring prosperity to his realm. He was said to have been a powerful priest or wizard (or both) who also created powerful magical items. However, which one of them created their namesake, the Pyramid of Tetharam, and what it does, has been lost upon the winds of history, though it is whispered that the object itself is on the power level of at least a “quasi-artifact.” Is it a force for good, or for evil? Which Tetharam made it, and what does it do?
