This is the Additional Sliders addon for Detailed Character Creation. Can be used without DCC, but was originally created for the mod.

I can't confirm it's due to this mod, but after adding it and (re-)customising my character, some other characters changed as well. A big and beefy companion now suffers severe muscle atrophy.
