Hi, that issue should be fixed on all versions of the games. I had this issue and now it's fixed.
Here's a workaround that also helps:
- In your library on the right side should be a DLC window with a "Manage Your DLC" link.
- Click it and enable all the DLC and Steam should automatically download it. Repeat this for each game in the collection.
Alternatively:
- Right click the game in your library, choose Properties, then DLC and enable the DLC there. Download should start automatically.
