This can be only done in local co op. That means you need two controllers. You also need a mage character with level 22, because you need the last combo of a mage. First step to get the achievement is to lock a foe in stasis with you mage character(level 22 combo). This should give you the time to quickly switch to your other character/controller and execute the necessary uppercut combo to get the achievement.
