The missions log is there to make sure you don’t forget anything important.
You can find all of the “return to Citadel” quests right after the first main mission you pick (Liara, Noveria or Feros).

Exodus Cluster is not listed among the clusters and planets because there is NOTHING there to scan or pick up. The planets section is for taking notes for the side missions, and keeping track of what systems and planets you’ve been to. The guide assumes that you will go to all of the question marks and different areas BEFORE you go to the main mission area on planets you land on. It also does NOT give you all of the nodes that you can find on the planets. This is because I only tracked the ones that were easy for me to find, and there was still more than enough to finish the quest to collect the resource.

There is ALWAYS a chance that I accidentally missed an asteroid, if there is one there is only one in each belt. Please check them, you will get “extra” experience and cash for finding the ones that I didn’t while writing the guide!
