Regarding to Big Game, I've managed to do it on easy, while having Almighty perk, shooting Grenadier 5/6 times in knee and then headshoted him with rocket launcher while using Dark tome -> Sanctuary -> there is Grenadier spawn right by start of the map.
I tried several ways, several loadouts and it eventually popped:
What I did on the run that happened was finishing a level without ever manual reloading, only th passive inventory reload, wsitching from revolver to shotgun and completing hospital with all kills.
Concluded this through simple deductive reasoning: if you have to stick to the same tendency to get the corresponding ending, then there must be a third "neutral" ending for players making alternating choices, right?
Since no evidence of a third ending can be found anywhere, I figured this most likely works on a majority rule system (Gamer instinct and all). Turns out it actually is: by alternating choices at the first two chapter ends, then having a backup save at [Faith O'Clock], you only need to switch your 3rd answer there. This allows you to replay just the last two levels to get the other ending - saving you from replaying 2/3 of the entire game!
