This is a passion project that I, along with the help of Ashannabuda and Ronald, created. It has been in the works for a while now. Animated skins/war paints were never made to be in TF2 and require an enormous amount of space to support. Originally, this submission was going to be 300 megabytes but TF2 simply could not handle 30 frames of 2048x2048 textures(the usual texture size for weapons) and refused to load it. I had to resize the textures to half their original size, and even doing so each VTF for blue/red is 30 mb. Not to mention the work that it would take to implement a system to support this. Of course I would love for this to have a chance but as it stands, this does not. Please keep that in mind as you vote!

I will also be releasing a guide that I will link here later on, teaching you how to make your own animated skins should you want to! A link to the downloadable mod will be included soon as well.
