after this is spoiler territory.

At this point, you might have bought all the available contacts.
You will need:

• Scammer Call Centre
  
• Nigeria
  
• Annonymous(?) or a contract that needs you to hack the bank.

Steps:

1. Keep buying the 3 contracts above until you unlock their email requests.
   
2. Hack the bank to find a code.
   
3. Give it to anon.
   
4. Nigerian Prince will request a code.
   
5. Hack the bank again to give him that code.
   
6. Send grandma's phone number to SCC.
   
7. Grandma will update her number, send it again to SCC.
   
8. Now, grandma will have an email.
   
9. Give the email to Nigerian Prince upon his request.
   
10. Run the executable that CEO gave you.
    
11. Open the attachment from the mail.

Procedures:
If you're stuck at any step, just idle some more and earn the coins to buy more contacts.
Feel free to spend more money on other contacts and fulfill their requests, as it will increase your overall money gain.
