Personally, my love for it comes from Trepang 2, where it is obviously not loaded with intermediate .223,
That thing punches straight through armored enemies in that game, despite being loaded with a caliber that is fairly similar to what is used by the Hellion - Also featured in Trepang 2 as your go-to AR.
But then again, it would be a 'Charge' weapon, should you ever add it, so I probably should not get too hung-up on its real world stopping power.
It kind of ends up being based on the guns' real counterparts. There's this big spreadsheet for making weapons CE compatible and you kind of just plug in the data it asks for (Like barrel length, muzzle velocity, etc.) Really neat.
