I had a problem, an old habit of turning the camera on the keyboard arrows before the start of the round, and after the release of CS2, this bind gone broke.
I suffered for 2 weeks and finally found the binds, I share with you...

So, a new command to rotate the camera:
+turn right (turn the camera to the right)
+turn left (turn the camera to the left)

The bind itself will look like this:

bind key +turn left
bind key +turn right

Where "key" is any key assigned by you. (we will bind to the arrows)
in my case it looks like this:

bind leftarrow +turn left
bind rightarrow +turn right

Register in the console one by one and check.

Congratulations! you have locked the camera rotation on the arrows, now you can stand afk)
