Simfphys Unclamped

Modified version of simfphys to reduce clamping on values, allowing for absurdly high, and negative values.
additionally supports changing vehicle fuel type and health. (currently does not function with the vehicle duplicator)

This should be a given but this is NOT intended to be used on public servers, for obvious reasons.

I recommend This Mod To allow vehicles to travel faster than about 280 MPH
