给森林添加鹿资源

描述
开局给所有不含有任何资源的森林添加鹿。

可能的问题：
开局时附近的鹿不显示图标，但产出显示正常：解锁任意科技后游戏会自动刷新并显示。
某些森林没有鹿：该森林可能含有煤等资源。

Aren't you erasing discover able resources by loading in deer where there could be coal or iron discovered in later eras? I like the idea. I'll just butcher them all to see.

Why would you make this to add it to all empty forest tiles? I would use this if it were the same likelihood as regular tiles. Otherwise it makes no sense.
