Friday the 13th in October. How cute!

I'll throw up some screenshots and other mods later.

This only changes the lights. Signs are changed by other mods by me and Franky.

honestly. idk why dark carnival doesn't have lights like this by default. i use christmas lights for the carnival but this might fit better.

Interesting that 2 days ago it was friday the 13th and it's on halloween and we are still on halloween, and is that even a coincidence a spooky number on a spooky holiday?
