If you want to walk in Portal, you came to the right place!


PC Users

W (Forward) A (Left or Strafe) S (Backwards like Micheal Jackson) D (Right or Strafe)

Xbox Users

Left Stick Up (Forward) Left Stick Down (Backwards like Micheal Jackson) Left Stick Left (Left or Strafe if can) Left Stick Right (Right or Strafe if can)

If you want to jump in Portal, you can do that too!


PC Users

Spacebar (Jump)

A Button (Jump)

If you want to also walk faster, there is two ways:

1. ABH or for short: Accelerated Bunny Hop
2. Jump and hold WASD


ABH Controls: Ctrl+W+Space

In order to do the ABH, you will need to hold Crouch, W key, and spamming the spacebar.

Jump and hold WASD Controls: Spacebar+A or D while holding W

In order to do the Jump and hold WASD, you will need to hold Spacebar, W key and A key or D key.


In order to do ABH on Xbox, you will need to go into Settings, Controls, and change LB or RB to holding Crouch, find a long space or go onto the map with the exploding door when cube near portal (if you know what I mean).

Xbox users: LB or RB, LS back, RS back, A

In order to do the ABH, you will need to hold LB or RB and face your camera to the front of you, or look forward and then when you jump, look behind while holding LB or RB and timing the jumping,

Jump and hold RS Controls: A+RS < or RS >

In order to do the Jump snd hold RS, you will need to time the jumping while moving the player left to right by moving RS to the left and right. You will also need to move your camera while moving RS left and right. (ex: LS > with RS | LS < with RS)
