Bullets Hurt Armored NPCs

Bullets will now damage "armored" NPCs by a reasonable amount (normally they can't). This makes NPC battles a whole lot more interesting.

The NPCs in question:
- Combine Gunships (npc_combinegunship)
- Hunter-Choppers (npc_helicopter)
- Rollermines (npc_rollermine)
- Striders (npc_strider)
- Combine Dropships (npc_combinedropship)
- Turrets (npc_turret_floor)
- APCs (prop_vehicle_apc)
- Snipers (npc_sniper)

"damage_undamagables" - Enable/disable the addon
