I found that sitting in the middle-right of the map helped a lot.
If you get over run, just back up as needed and go back into position.
Make sure you keep the cursor close to the bike so you can flick to the enemies coming from the top and bottom.

I got the 150+ seconds in about 15 minutes of attempts
