To add onto Gecko's advice.
Save your abilities and spend it all on the dock fight focusing on Lady Nicastro. Reduce her health down to zero to proc the achievement before she flees.
Explorer difficulty, but any should work. Just knocked out the two NPCs by Nicky and jumped Nicastro for initiative. Attacking her point blank only needed two turns to end. Could catch her when she walks by explosives for more damage.
however you need to KILL (bring to 0 HP) Lady Nicastro BEFORE she leaves (which should be on the third ENEMY turn).
It's doable but I'd advise on clearing most enemies, get Nicky for additional damage and concentrating solely on Nicastro before anybody else. It's pretty quick to get on a new game if you missed it on the first run, and you can get it at any difficulty, so pick the easiest one and save before starting to clear the docks, just so you can go back and redo it easily if you mess the setup.
Try it, you will see that it works.
BTW the easiest way to engineer a stress break is by taking Celestine on a mission, do it normally then right before you exit, enter turn based mode and (fail to) use her Occult Gambit over and over until you've filled her stress meter.
