You definitely need another person in Multiplayer. Sure it's not necessary that someone wants to do the same, but it might be faster, if two will concentrate on the same goal.
I see I forgot to describe that you need to do this in multiplayer. Doesn't work for singleplayer. You need just another person, probably one who also needs to do this. You might find someone quickly by searching or posting in the forums and you can do quick runs together. At the moment there should be some people around and available.

Could you explain the weapon levels part?
I don't understand if I should change the XP values from 1 to 9 or the level values.
