Roman Refugee Campaign in Asia Minor

The Etruscans have allied with Carthage and taken over Italy. The last remnants of the Roman government have fled east, holding out in the settlement of Trapezos. Nearby, the Seleucid Empire is at the strongest its been in generations and has a new drive to conquer its neighbors. With only a small army, can the last of the Romans survive in a foreign land, surrounded by foreign peoples, with a world power right at their doorstep?


This is my first mod that changes the startpos. All normal Roman possessions now belong to Carthage. The african nations and the Etruscans are client states of Carthage. The Seleucids have been expanded a bit into asia minor and Mesopotamia. Rome only has one settlement, Trapezos, and an not too small army to start. This won't work with any other startpos mods but should work with any unit or AI mods.


When you start the campaign the preview map will show Rome in Italy like normal, but when it loads you'll be in Trapezos. I'd appreciate any feedback on the mod and how it works. Its 12 turns per year. It would work well with a couple of my other mods on my profile.
