Only works with CE! Combat Extended only!

Adds new less/non lethal options including rubber bullet(s)/weapons, for taking people alive this time.

Currently:
- Weapons:
+ RC-17 "Warden" battle rifle. Ammo: .301 Less Lethal.
+ RC-21 "Bulldog" bullpup carbine. Ammo: .301 Less Lethal.
+ RC-43 "Pacifist" full-size pistol. Ammo: 11mm Less Lethal
+ RC-5 "Flurry" submachine gun. Ammo: 11mm Less Lethal
- Ammo:
+ 11mm Less Lethal: Full Rubber, Steel Core Rubber and Hollow Rubber.
+ .301 Less Lethal: Full Rubber, Steel Core Rubber and Hollow Rubber.

### Changes for version 10.02.23.6:

- Added RC-43 "Pacifist" pistol and RC-5 "Flurry" SMG
- Dropped the VWE:Non Lethal dependency including the old rubber ammo in that CE patch.
- Made a new 11 mm Less Lethal rubber round with 3 variants: Full Rubber (FR), Steel Core Rubber (SCR) and Hollow Rubber (HR)
- New textures for stacking/storing 11mm Less Lethal ammo
- Retextured RC-17 "Warden" and RC-21 "Bulldog" to fit new guns
- New preview image
- New Research "Rubber Projectiles"
- RC-17 and RC-21 also require GasOperation
- New spent casing texture when firing ("fleck")
- New spent casings texture for filth on ground

### Changes for version 10.13.23.07

- Added .301 Less Lethal rubber round with 3 variants: Full Rubber (FR), Steel Core Rubber (SCR) and Hollow Rubber (HR)
- New textures for stacking/storing .301 Less Lethal ammo
- RC-17 "Warden" and RC-21 "Bulldog" now use new .301 LL rifle caliber ammo. Ammo loaded into these guns previously will fire, but will need the new .301LL ammo to reload.

### 11/4/24 update:
New warden graphic, and midnight variant.

### Questions and Answers:

- Does this work with CE? It only works with CE.
- Is this compatible with VWE: Non Lethal? Yes.
- Does pistol round penetrate power armor like in VWE Non Lethal's CE Patch? No.
- Does the ammo make people bleed? No bleed rate. It's not sharp.
- How do I make these? Same as other guns, but you need the Rubber Projectiles research. You need GasOperation for the 17 and 21. They take steel, chemfuel and components. The 11mm ammo is made in increments of 200 and only needs chemfuel and steel.
- Can I recommend something? Sure but I might not do it. Use the stickied post.

Known Issues:

- The rubber will still kill. Yes. Theyre called less lethal, not non lethal. At least hey dont make holes. Hollow Rubber is the weakest and safest.
- Balancing issues. Please tell me your thoughts.
