Akshina Horse Archers

Beskrivning
Greetings !

Introducing the Akshina Horse Archers. Highly mobile, have vanguard deployment, stalk, can fire while moving and deliver poison tipped arrows to their enemies.

Recruitable from the second tier of Haunted Forest building chain. Available to Ostankya and the rest of Kislev.

I tried to give them crossbows, but there is no animation for human mounted on horses, only Dark Elves. I also wanted them to not be identical to the Ambushers in their role. So the Ambushers have their armor piercing and Horse Archers more mobility and poison arrows.

Is there a way you could help put this in the Nippon mod?
1. the faction lacks a mounted range unit.
2. your model design could pass for Ainu/Emishi.

I don't suppose you could also do a Crossbow variant of this unit that serves a similar role as Dark Elf Dark Riders.

That would certainly be too much. Regular horse archers are also missing from Firing Drills and Skirmisher Traditions. No need to keep mounted Akshinas in both either.

Thanks for the feedback. I was concerned giving them both akshina and kossar upgrades would make them too strong. i will take a look at the skill upgrades

Hi. Great mod, but I think these horse archers should benefit from the same skills as the kossovite horse archers, so that those underutilized skills might get that much more appeal.
