Beep & Agnu Game Starts

Adds 3 new game starts allowing you to play as Beep, Agnu, or both. Show the land of Kenshi what real friendship looks like!

The game starts are as follows:

• The Strongest Warrior - Spawn as Beep in Mongrel
  
• RRRUUUGGGHH - Spawn as Agnu in Waystation Ruins - Remember, you are mute!
  
• The Defects - Spawn as both Beep and Agnu in the Hub

If NPC Beep sees a lone Skeleton, he will now join your party under the assumption that you are Agnu, although your character will correct his mistake if you are not.
This was a workaround since the dialogue scripting doesn't have a working way to let unique NPCs talk to eachother, and I needed a way for Agnu to recruit Beep.

Also enables the Soldierbot sub-race of Skeletons to be playable since it was necessary. No other race changes.

If you do not start as one of these characters, they will still spawn naturally as NPCs. No mod disabling required!
