Storm Mode on any map (Script Version)

Description
A script version of my mutation " Universal Downpour ". This works on all gamemodes and maps...probably.

Basically tries its best to turn every map into Hard Rain map 4.

Not sure why but the rain is bugged and it gives me a "Rain simulation" thing at the corner on my screen

could you perhaps consider adding "Random" options so the chances of a Map loading with a Storm are randomized?
