Yellow Shirt Rochelle Restored (Unused PSD Layers)

Not sure why no one has attempted to make this on the workshop.

This replaces Rochelle's vanilla texture with an unused texture layer found in Rochelle's PSD (which make her shirt yellow obviously :p). I also restored some addition stains and dirt layers on her boots and made her belt mostly clean.

Please do not redistribute or modify this addon for your own purposes onto the Workshop, GameMaps or any other third-party website.
