With the option from the Loading Screen Mod to remove all vehicles, citizens and conflicting networks I was able to load your savegame, hurray!

And a nice little town you build there, with an impressive graveyard!

When I loaded up the savegame, I got a whole list of assets and props that were missing in the loadingscreen mod, but I also got the error 'Simulation failed: Object reference not set to an instance', which means I can't load the city. Could you list the mods you used, so I can try to figure out what mods to use to load your city?
