[OUTDATED] Battle Group 200, 'Soteria'

The ninth entry into the ARES fleet, not the most powerful of them but its not meant to be. Important note on the missiles, Javelin-Ds deal the damage, Javelin Decoys get them there. Intended use is 1 Javelin Decoy for ever 2 Javelin-Ds.


ARES

Battle Group 200 (BG 200) was the first armed Battle Group of ARES Military Technologies. It was created to enhance protection of BG 100s, due to an increase in piracy of ARES assets. BG 200s were shifted to defence of ARES border space during early industrial expansion efforts. After the adoption of BG 600, BG 200 was shifted to internal Counter Insurgency Operations (COIN OPs).

Led by Vauxhall Light Cruiser 201, 'Soteria'. Made up of one section, this Battle Group provides two mirrored Vauxhall QRF Fire Support Ships (Soteria and Stoer). Both ships are equipped with 3 standard Mk64 250 mm Cannons, a VLS-2 launcher (for heavy ship engagements), and an array of EW Jammers to bolster ship interdiction capabilities.

Purchase of Battle Group 200 fleets is currently unavailable, due to ARES-Alliance contractual procurement policy.


Feel free to use the ships within this fleet (and from the ARES faction as a whole). You can stick to the lore but don't have to of course, feel free to modify them and such.

If you upload any modified versions of my fleets to the workshop, strip them of the lore I've added (this can be done by editing the .fleet file). If you still wish to add to the ARES lore message me and I'll see about it. Enjoy.
