But yes, the Passionate Soul enemies do provide extra Souls, however they are completely random, as opposed to giving you the Soul types of the map itself. So you can get Power, Stamina, Life, Defense and Skill Souls (small to large) from the Passionate Soul enemies on any of the 4 DLC Maps.
So I would actually recommend doing them on Wano, Confections and Navy Base as a chance to get extra Large Souls as they are easy to beat. Since Soul Maps 0 & 1 came out around the same time, each Map needs 40 Large Souls of each type to 100% them which is 10 full clears ignoring Soul enemies, 80 for both Maps which is 20 full clears. So, it can speed the process up a bit. Probably a good idea to get 40 of each Large Soul again ready for when the next lot of Adventures comes out so you can 100% Map 2 immediately.
