Beskrivelse
Makes the moon mission slightly more difficult, and gives you a unique crewmember at the end.

Things It Does:
  • Makes the Erchius Horror slightly more difficult by increasing the speed of attacks, adding more phases, and changing up the attack patterns.
  • The miner you save at the end is now recruitable as a unique crewmember type (Bruiser) with some unique dialog, weilding a hammer and an over-shoulder erchius mining laser. (Unique combat dialog only is said with Corbent's Interactive Crew)
  • Mutated miners (the ones with hammers) now deal more damage, have more health, have a much higher knockback threshold, attack faster, and also make different sounds from the default "Hmm?" when they yell at you.
  • All moontants except the ones spawned by the boss have a bit more health.
  • Mining laser projectile has been altered to look better, moves faster, and other slight changes too.
  • Replaces bossfight music with this(put a like on it please), except I cut it a tiny bit in garageband to loop better.
  • Gravity in the mission is now set to 60 rather than 80, but this actually makes things slightly easier, not harder.
  • Other stuff not worth mentioning.

This might partially conflict with other mods that mess with the moon mission, or any of the enemies/NPCs in it.
Probably is screwed up with FU.

I think I found a possible conflict if you have Yet More Things For Crew to Do
since once you defeat the Erchius Horror it replaces the npc with a Lunar Expert you can hire as a crew member
I haven't tested it yet though

Stopped playing starbound for a bit and came back to make a new player and wondered why this boss was so hard.

hmm maybe you could make this another instance of the mission on the ship with its own ID? that should help fix any incompatibility while also allowing for even more versions in the future

They wear red like the soldiers do, but instead of a protectorate uniform they wear the gear pictured above as their default uniform.
