Go to the game folder (in my case E:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Microvolts\bin).
Right click Microvolts.exe, click on properties and then go to the compatibility tab.

Check disable fullscreen optimisations.s
Click on change dpi settings.

Check the override high dpi scaling box (bottom one).
Select Performed by application.


Close, apply and try starting the game.
