Step 1:
Go to a P1 vs P2 local match, no online match required.

Step 2:
As P1, build up the longest and most damaging insults possible, extend the turn as much as possible and make P2 use as few lines as possible so you can take all the words, not sure exactly what triggers it but I got the two of them in a few tries this method.
