This content has been updated to the CS2 release in 27th Sept 2023!!!

Step 1
Find your cfg folder. It's probably in this directory:

\steamapps\common\Counter Strike Global Offensive\game\csgo\cfg

Step 2
Create a new file named:
practice.cfg

Put the following content into the file:

sv_cheats 1 bot_kick mp_limitteams 0 mp_autoteambalance 0 mp_maxmoney 60000 mp_startmoney 60000 mp_buytime 9999 mp_buy_anywhere 1 mp_freezetime 0 mp_roundtime 60 mp_roundtime_defuse 60 mp_respawn_on_death_ct 1 mp_respawn_on_death_t 1 sv_infinite_ammo 1 sv_infinite_ammo 2 sv_showimpacts 1 sv_showimpacts_time 10 ammo_grenade_limit_total 5 mp_warmup_end mp_restartgame 1 sv_grenade_trajectory_prac_pipreview 1

Step 3
Add the +sv_cheats 1 as a option to initialize your game.

Step 4
Launch CS2, open the developer console. Select the map that you want to practice, if it's dust 2, type:

map de_dust2

Step 5
After you joined the map, open the console again and type:

exec practice

Step 6
Be happy ;)

the CS2 config folder is actually in \steamapps\common\Counter Strike Global Offensive\game\csgo\cfg
