Hotbar Sizes

The most lazy override mod in the history. Just changed the constructor of the IShotbar object. Select one mod at time.

For now this mod change the size os the hotbar, because seems too big for me.
45% is the lowest size.
125% is the largest size.

There is another small mod, quick ready equip, that change the behavior of long press hotbar button. By default the long press radial menu only attach the item, now the long press radial menu will equip and then attach the item. Useful if you wish to change quickly weapons from inventory.
