funny i dont have anything conflicting with it cause other people are having trouble with it too

most likely one of your addons are breaking it. I suggest cleaning up your addons of things you don't use. if that doesn't work, you can try disabling all addons but the combine super soldier. see if the textures fix. if they do, manually enable 1 addon at a time to find which addon is the problem, then remove it
